For Windows:


  1. Install ModLoader first.

  2. Download TooManyItems for your Minecraft version.

  3. Open Run window, type %appdata%/roaming/.minecraft/bin then click OK.

  4. Open minecraft.jar with Winrar.

  5. Delete META-INF folder.

  6. Open the downloaded zip mod file with winrar, then drag and drop its contents into minecraft.jar.

  7. Close all windows.

For Mac:


  1. Open Terminal then type like below line by line:
    cd ~
    mkdir mctmp
    cd mctmp
    jar xf ~/Library/Application\ Support/minecraft/bin/minecraft.jar

  2. Do not close your Terminal, find mctmp folder in your users folder.

  3. Copy all the files from Too Many Items into your mctmp folder.

  4. Back to the Terminal.app then type like below line by line:
